Unworn, untouched.

You have 30 days from the day a piece is delivered to send it back. Tags attached, passport included, no smoke, no perfume, no signs of wear. We inspect every return by hand in Harare.

01 / Window & condition

The window.

  • 30 days from delivery date — measured by the carrier's scan, not your order date
  • Tags & passport must remain attached to the garment
  • Unworn — no smoke, perfume, makeup, deodorant residue, or odour
  • Original packaging — return in the box or polybag it arrived in if you can
  • Holders receive an extended 45-day window automatically
02 / What we can't take back

Final sale.

  • Limited editions — Santorini Tee and any future numbered runs
  • Made-to-order — anything cut to your measurements through the Made-to-Order program
  • Worn pieces — washed, altered, or with the passport removed
  • Gift cards and digital items

If a piece arrives damaged or wrong, that's on us — write to hello@corropt.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it without the 30-day clock or the conditions above.

Return shipping is free in all regions we ship to.

C · Inspection
Studio checks the piece

Hand-inspected against the conditions above within 3 business days of arrival.

D · Refunded
Original payment method

Refund posted within 7 business days after we receive the piece. Duties refunded too on DDP orders.
