The terms.

These terms apply to your use of corropt.com and to any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Last updated 26 September 2026.

01 / Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you will be refunded in full.

02 / Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include any taxes stated there. Import duties and local taxes in your country may be charged by your customs authority on delivery and are your responsibility unless checkout states otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

03 / Shipping

Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your order on arrival and tell us about any damage or error within 7 days.

04 / Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Limited editions and made-to-order pieces are final sale.

05 / Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Because many pieces are finished by hand, small variations in colour, texture and finish are part of the product and are not defects.

06 / Accounts and waitlists

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure. Joining a waitlist or restock list does not guarantee an item will be available to you.

07 / Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Corropt & Chroma name, logos, designs, images and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

08 / Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, including by attempting to access it without authorisation, interfering with its operation, or buying products for unauthorised resale using automated tools.

09 / Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10 / Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how we use your personal data.

11 / Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
