Free repair,
for life.
Every piece that leaves Harare comes with a standing promise. If a seam fails, a dye fades, or a button drops, send the garment back. The patternmaker who built it will mend it — no receipt required beyond the passport that shipped with it.
What we cover.
- Seam failure · burst stitching, opened hems, reinforcement at stress points
- Button & trim · replacement of mother-of-pearl, copper rivets, woven labels
- Re-dye · refresh of garment-dyed pieces that have faded with wear
- Denim resole & reinforcement · crotch reinforcement, knee patches, hem rebuild
- Knit retouch · hand-mended pulls on jersey and merino pieces
What we don't cover: damage from improper care (we ship every garment with care instructions for a reason), tailoring alterations, or repairs to pieces that weren't made by us. If a piece is beyond mending, the studio will offer a one-time replacement at cost.
Four steps.
Order number, photo of the issue, a sentence describing what happened.
Drop the garment with any courier point. Free for all regions we ship to.
Turnaround is 14–21 days from receipt. Complex repairs may take longer; we'll write to you.
Each repair is logged on the piece's passport — it becomes part of the garment's record.
