Free repair,
for life.

Every piece that leaves Harare comes with a standing promise. If a seam fails, a dye fades, or a button drops, send the garment back. The patternmaker who built it will mend it — no receipt required beyond the passport that shipped with it.

01 / The promise

What we cover.

  • Seam failure · burst stitching, opened hems, reinforcement at stress points
  • Button & trim · replacement of mother-of-pearl, copper rivets, woven labels
  • Re-dye · refresh of garment-dyed pieces that have faded with wear
  • Denim resole & reinforcement · crotch reinforcement, knee patches, hem rebuild
  • Knit retouch · hand-mended pulls on jersey and merino pieces

What we don't cover: damage from improper care (we ship every garment with care instructions for a reason), tailoring alterations, or repairs to pieces that weren't made by us. If a piece is beyond mending, the studio will offer a one-time replacement at cost.
